YOUR AGENCYS POSITIONING PROBABLY SUCKS

Most marketing service firms or creative professionals are poorly positioned. Unless you have 200+ employees, you should NEVER utter the words “full service”. Unless your positioning statement immediately disqualifies over 60% of the prospects who read it, you haven’t carved out an ownable niche. And if you claim a long list of services clients can buy from you, you won’t be paid a premium for anything.

NOTHING is more important than finding the intersection where your unique talents overlap with specific services you enjoy providing, and both meet a sufficiently large target audience to make it worth your while.

Learning Outcomes:

In this course, participants will leave feeling compelled to sharpen their pencils and work much harder at:

  • Identifying your agency’s core value proposition
  • Articulating your positioning in a manner that truly differentiates your firm from most others
  • Developing a positioning that is highly defensible

What Other’s are Saying:

In 2017 I created a goal of finding a business mentor. Someone who understands my business and who was a few years down the track so I could learn from them. I’ve always invested in professional development as it has always propelled by business to get to the next level faster with fewer headaches. When I joined Communo, I found exactly what I was looking for through their coaching program. I’m getting clarity on all of the areas in my business to take it to the next level from being a solopreneur to a marketing team that leverages Communo’s community. My agency has already grown by 60% in 2017 and 2018 is already looking like another big year for my team. I’m incredibly grateful for the business chops that I’m acquiring and looking forward to what’s coming up next!
